Use of the Online Store

By accessing or using our online store or placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change before an order is confirmed. However, price changes will not affect confirmed orders unless the customer requests modifications to the product specifications or quantities.

In the event of an obvious pricing or inventory error, Raya Al Rowad Factory reserves the right to contact the customer to correct or cancel the affected order. If the order is canceled, any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

Product Descriptions and Colors

Raya Al Rowad Factory makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product images, descriptions, and specifications are accurate.

However, slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen settings or fabric production batches.

For custom-made orders, the approved sample or agreed product specifications shall serve as the primary reference for production and quality verification.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of ready-made product orders before shipment.

Custom-made orders cannot generally be canceled once special materials have been purchased or production activities, including fabric cutting, sewing, printing, or embroidery, have begun.

Any cancellation after these stages is subject to the factory's approval and may involve charges for work already completed and costs incurred, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, photographs, graphics, designs, and other materials displayed on this website are owned by Raya Al Rowad Factory or used with appropriate authorization.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of such materials without prior written permission is prohibited.

Customers confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any logos, trademarks, brand names, or designs submitted to the factory.

By submitting these materials, customers authorize the factory to use them solely to the extent necessary to fulfill the agreed order.

Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Raya Al Rowad Factory shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including transportation disruptions, delays in material supply, government decisions, natural disasters, or similar events.

In such circumstances, the factory will notify affected customers and make reasonable efforts to minimize any resulting delays or disruptions, without prejudice to customers' statutory rights.

Complaints and Applicable Laws

Customers may submit complaints or report order-related issues through the factory's official customer service channels, providing their order number and a description of the issue.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights or protections provided under applicable Saudi laws and regulations.
